Kieran Kinney is a master of illusion; his paintings eliciting that same gasp of incredulity for which photorealists are famous. Receiving his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Victoria College Melbourne, Kinney has exhibited throughout Australia and California, USA. In 1997, through the Australia Council for the Arts, Kinney received an artist-in-residence at 18th Street Gallery in California. Kinney currently lives and works in Melbourne, Australia.
