Winnie Nakamarra Reid Indigenous Australian, b. c.1961-

Winnie Nakamarra Reid was born in 1961 and is the daughter of famous Indigenous artist Makinti Napanangka. The main theme behind her paintings are stories associated with Lupul rock-hole, a sacred place in the Western Desert. Winnie also depicts female ceremonies in her work as well as body paint designs.
